A Virtual Systems Engineer has to provide technical support and help on critical issues to customers, sales team, and partners. Being primarily a technical sales professional, this individual has to work with the applicants to suggest and develop the right solution offerings.

Engineers are responsible for technical support of hardware and software products of Cisco and general architectures consisting of various products of Cisco and its third-party vendors. They will also work with the product development team and interact with others to learn and guide on using video collaboration and real-time web conferencing tools.
