    Правильно! А второе выражение для этого диалекта тоже является абсолютно грамматически правильным и означает "until recently, he worked over a long period of time". Вот такие странные на первый взгляд законы и грамматические правила у очень широко распространенного диалекта, на котором говорят несколько миллионов человек, выросших в англоязычной стране.

    African American Vernacular English (AAVE)—also called African American English; less precisely Black English, Black Vernacular, Black English Vernacular (BEV), or Black Vernacular English (BVE)—is an African American variety (dialect, ethnolect and sociolect) of American English. Non-linguists sometimes call it Ebonics (a term that also has other meanings or strong connotations) or jive or jive-talk. Its pronunciation is, in some respects, common to Southern American English, which is spoken by many African Americans and many non-African Americans in the United States. There is little regional variation among speakers of AAVE.

    There are many literary uses of this variety of English, particularly in African-American literature.

    К сожалению, этот пример я не придумал, а оба этих примера - из реальной жизни. Поэтому ни убавить, ни прибавить тут ничего нельзя, говорят именно так, как говорят.

    Раз это пример из реальной жизни, то он из слэнга? Southern slang?

    Маленькая лингвистическая задача.

    Дано: два предложения

    1. He been done work.

    2. He done been work.

     

    Вопросы:

    1. что они означают?

    2. Будут ли они считаться грамматически правильными в каком-либо варианте английского языка?

     

    Ответ - сегодня вечером, если никто раньше не ответит правильно.

    Что они означают? Интересный вопрос! Может быть 2. He done been work. - Его достала работа?

    То, что я делаю, не сравнить с тем, какую огромную работу делают уважаемые мной Tam, Владислав, Uchilka, Laddy и многие другие учителя на этом форуме (не смогу здесь перечислить всех). Я так рада, что благодаря Englishteachers.ru встретила так много творческих учителей и просто интересных и замечательных людей! Мы живём далеко друг от друга, но тем не менее этот сайт позволил нам всем здесь встретиться, и так и хочется сказать словами песни: "Как здорово, что все мы здесь ... собрались! ..."
