Annual IATEFL Conference

Every year ELT community gets together for the annual conference, this year in Brighton.

About 700 teachers and educators come to one of the places in Britain to share their experience, to present new published books and course books foe learners of English.

IATEFL 2011: Brighton Online

The Brighton Online project is British Council/IATEFL partnership which provides online conference coverage of this year’s Brighton IATEFL Conference.

The 45th IATEFL Conference takes place in Brighton, UK between 15th and 19th April 2011. The programme includes over 400 workshops, posters, talks, panel discussions and symposiums by international presenters from over 60 countries. If you can't attend the Brighton IATEFL Conference, follow the event online!

Using the latest technology, IATEFL Online takes the conference to teachers who are not able to attend in person. You will be able to follow our live conference coverage on the Brighton Online website.

The Brighton Online website is now live and will feature live and on-demand video webcasts of conference presentations and workshops. There will be video interviews with presenters and conference delegates, photo albums, reports and discussion forums.

Brighton Online will provide teacher audiences worldwide with an opportunity to share ideas with colleagues before, during and after the conference.
